Thought HT would knock this out of the park, but I'm seriously underwhelmed.

Likeness isn't doing anything for me. I'll reserve judgement until better pictures / revisions are done before I decide if I want this.

Ok this was done pretty quick and if i had a better quality photo it would have looked a bit better but here are a few before and after shots. The problem lies in the lips and the cheeks imo.

just as i figured, it was the cheeks. the eyebrows and lips didn't need to be touched. especially the eyebrows. its much closer now, but now his expression went from aggressive to "i don't know if this whip is gonna reach that statue".

I don't think he's a pale as he appears - not when you compare the Map Room photos. Difficult to tell the true eye colour yet.

Well my rendition isnt perfect but we get the idea. The cheeks def need to be brought out more and the way HT did his mouth its almost like he has the triangle smile face going on.

Excellent job! I'd buy that. This looks so much better already, not completely there, but it gives me hope that HT can make the necessary changes.

ah dude, i wasn't trying to be rude or anything, i was just curious as to why you altered the eyebrows. but mad props to you though, your PS changes made the sculpt even better.

Oh i know you weren't. I just did that in a few mins in PS. I just wish i had a higher qualtiy photo to mess around with. Anyway i hope we actually do see some changes on good ol Indy. This is very close to being an epic collectible.

they already have a real good foundation to work off of, and it would appear that those alterations are minor, so i'm positive HT would go back and revise him.

Oh yeah the foundation is def there. Lets they do the slight adjustments to make this thing over the top.

Looking at this video, it would have been nice to have a second smirking sculpt like Trevor's for Map Room Indy

One of the other issues is the distance proportions... further back in the thread there is a side by side photo of HT's head and an actual Harrison Ford photo.. I placed a sheet of paper over my screen and mapped the distances between the tip of the nose, eyes, mouth and chin and compared the distance proportions.. someone with some photoshop skills ( I nominate you Josh ) Take the HT head and lower the eyes just a teenie hair thus decreasing the overall length of the nose by a hair and see what that looks like.. (plus keeping Josh's crooked mouth.)

Actually, I disagree. You can compare two different expressions if it's the same actor that's being represented. If HT had got it right, I'd be saying - yeah, that looks just like Ford. I already know that Trev's PF sculpt looks like Ford. I was attempting to demonstrate that one of the pics is Ford without any shadow of a doubt (the PF) and the other pic is like a generic Ford look-a-like. (HT).

If HT's had got this right, we'd be saying that BOTH heads look like Ford. Sadly, they don't.

The PF looks great, I always said that even when the 'It looks like Ron Pearlman' comments were being made, but you can't compare two completely different expressions.

Exactly, it's hardly a disaster if some minor alterations make it look even more like the actor
