6 months since this went up for Order,i think that's a new record but they realize they have to improve it so it will be worth the wait...hopefully.

Yeah, the competition with Enterbay is getting heated. They have to make a sculpt as good as theirs or bette because that is what most people look for, which one looks more like Bruce.

lets not forget the EB stealth suit left permanent dye stains on the figure . lets hope HT does not have the same problem

Haven't had any issues with Rambo III's tanktop staining the rubber body, but there is the possibility.

Wolvie's jacket stained that rubber body, but hopefully Hot Toys has learned its lesson regarding whatever dye they used that did that.

So today, I received an email from Sideshow with a subject title "Your Wait List Reservation Has Been Activiated." I'm wondering if Sideshow already has them in stock and will ship out in the next couple of days. I live approximately 50 minutes from their warehouse, so if it does I will have it soon. I will keep updates on what happens next.

Here's what the email read:

"Dear mrclean08:

We recently contacted you regarding your Sideshow Collectibles Wait List Reservation XXXXXXXX to inform you that an item had become available for you and will ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Since you did not cancel your reservation within your online account, we will fulfill your order as per your original reservation request. Please expect for your reservation number XXXXXXXX to be replaced in your online account history with your new order XXXXXXXX.

If your item is in-stock, then it will be charged to your credit card on file with us and shipped out to you as soon as possible. If you need a firm ship quote we suggest you call us immediately for one through the phone numbers provided below.

If your item is in pre-order status, then your order status will appear as "order placed" within your online account until the item arrives into our warehouse. Your credit card card will not be charged until the item begins to ship out to you.

Please note that if you now no longer wish to receive the item, then you MUST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. If you do not cancel this order prior to its shipment, then you will be responsible for all shipping fees, which includes the cost of returning the item to us.

No they are not in stock. That email just lets you know you can change your order from Wait List to actual order.

They will be released in Asia first, so when people from over there start posting pics of it here, then the figure is/will be shipped here. So from now till then, I give 1 more month. It can't go past March, it would be Q2 if we reach April and it supposed to be Q1 at the latest.

But if they take that long, I will expect the sculpts to be greatly improved.

Are you sure? It might be a Sideshow license they're piggybacking on, like Hell Boy or Terminator.

I think the license is from Bruce Lee Enterprise, and thus has NO exclusivity with Sideshow, Enterbay or anyone... not sure, but thats what I think

The Sideshow EX is what the Hot Toys vip are getting I believe and unless I'm mistaken, the vips get everything before anyone. The license was acquired by Hot Toys. Maybe you are thinking Indiana Jones because Sideshow is letting Hot Toys use that one.

And yes, I remember the T-800 got released over there first, but it did not take as long to get here.
