I pre-ordered as soon as I could and I'm still excited for this. The headsculpt looks good in my eyes, the hat, okay, looks a bit goofy but with some clever posing it'll look great, I'm sure. To me, this is the best Indy out there and will be for quite a while I think.

I am absolutely fine with the sculpt. I see Ford. Im a little concerned about the hat though. If its a separate piece I can manage and futz with it to make it work, BUT if the hat is attached to his his piece that goes on the head, then that is a big issue. Which means the hat will not and can not be moved around to "look right". I guess that is my only concern with this figure. Other than that Im very excited to get him!

I'm pretty sure that the hat is removeable. If I'm not mistaken, didn't some of the HT press release shots show that he has two different hair pieces?

He does have two hair pieces. And I did see a pic of the hat by itself. So hopefully it can get set on his head proper!!!

There was a similar problem with the Chris Taylor Platoon figure regarding the helmet fitting on the hair specifically sculpted for its use. Perhaps, removing the hair-sculpt and placing the hat on sans will work

Also awesome, I forgot that he came with gloved hands and both guns. That's pretty cool. I remain opimistic about this.

I really think we'll see some changes, for the better, but regardless, I've always been happy with the sculpt.
And I think that once it's in peoples' hands, and they have a chance to get that hat just right, a lot more are going to be happier with it than they were before.
And I also kind of regret not getting the map room now...
I have no idea where'd put the damn thing, though.
Im pretty sure it will get tweaked,after all the complaining about Superman Arnie sure did tweak that one,looks like a whole new sculpt.
Indy ROTLA was one of my most watched movies during my childhood so im getting this if the final result turns out alot better than the proto.
