My HT collection that was purchased from AEC, BBTS, CSC, Ebay and here have all arrived with double shippers and mint figure boxes.

My first HT purchased from Sideshow, Superman, arrived in a single shipper box (HT one) with tape slightly stretched, shipper box dented, and the figure box with creases and bulges.

Now i'm worried about my Batman and Joker boxes coming from Sideshow.

Request a pack-out, it's an extra 10 bucks, but I think the peace of mind alone is worth it.

Thanks for the advise :hi5:

Dang, extra $10 for something others already provide in their shipping costs.

I know $10 doesn't sound like much, but you can actually purchase Batman Begins or TDK Blu-rays for $8.00 each right now on Amazon!

Oh well, at least with SS you get the figure earlier than with the other vendors so that's a plus.

Not only do SSC charge $10 for the packout, they also charge 10% extra over other e-tailers, Great isn't it?

Too bad I live in California and get dinged with tax so their rewards points don't really work as well for me lol... :(

I wish SS would move to another state. CA taxes are killing it.

I hate when a fig gets an EX... I have to buy from SS meaning it'll cost $40+ more for me than other places like AE.

One day the states will find a way to eliminate outer state tax evasion altogether or the treasury will introduce the VAT so enjoy it while it lasts. :)

Maybe when they overhaul the entire tax system so it doesn't suck, that'd be fine.

No, the Returns talk is hope and wishful thinking, I don't think that movie's even been casually mentioned in any articles or anything. HT may revisit Keaton Batman, but not until after TDKR, they're going to have a lot of figures from that and will milk it before they go back to old movies.

I think the talk and speculation came from the fact that the '89 Batmobile has Returns features from it. Obviously in order for those features to be included, Hot Toys would have had to of done some homework, ala, watch Batman Returns.

That's where the thought process came in I believe but no, they haven't mentioned or hinted at it.

If anything, I could see them just making a Keaton Batman V2, "Returns Armor" just to have another variation of Batman out there while completely passing on Catwoman and the Penguin.

I can now see thm waiting until after TDKR so as to concentrate on that particular movie, sure as eggs is eggs. But they have done the signature villain from '89, so why not then the two best villains from RETURNS?

That does not really make a lot of sense.

Well they haven't made Ras and it took awhile to get Scarecrow, I don't know. As much as I'd like to have a 1/6 Catwoman and Penguin, I could see them just passing on both of them and focusing on TDKR and/or releasing a "V2 Keaton" in the form of the Returns suit to compliment this version.

I mean, would they really make a new, unique true type for the Penguin? A one and done where they can't reuse the body again?
