I think it is safe to assume that if you don't have it in hand right now than your supplier won't be getting any until the second shipment in March.

Yeah, so far the figure has only been sold in Asia (Sold out) and distributed from Sideshow (only those that preordered before January 1st). The rest have been back ordered until March/April. You'll most likely get yours in a second shipment.

well got my keaton cape and thru it on batdemon and it look's like it was meant for him .....sorry no neck peg 4 my demon yet still piecing together,and no hands pegs yet either but poles are in wrist joints holdin ....anyway think looks pretty sweet on the demon..........

Due to all this talk about split shipments and delays I am really patting myself on the back for pre-ordering this figure within the first 10 minutes Sideshow put it up.

bummer. I only used this guy because I wanted to save a few bucks this time around. he is legit, but also notoriously slow compared to other asian eBay sellers... PayPal protection long gone by now.

Contacted BBTS about when to expect this figure and got the "we can't say" answer. Which told me some time in March, probably late March considering my experience with them.

So I did the math, save $10 to $15 dollars, but have it go back up to regular retail with the shipping charge; not including the extra wait. Or order from Sideshow for regular retail, but get free shipping so it almost comes to the same amount give or take a few dollar. The plus for Sideshow is the reward points which in the long run saves you money.

So I canceled my old orders and moved them all to Sideshow (I was spliting my orders). I think the free shipping was a great idea to get customers, new and old to order from them; it finally won me over.

Besides if I have to wait until some time in March I might as well get the biggest benifit from it.

I've thought about doing this too, but the free shipping from SS doesn't make-up for the CA sales tax. Oh well, looks like I'm waiting to at least March. Hopefully Joker won't be a split shipment and I'll get both around the same time.

This cape rock's been picking pieces up of the keaton bat while waiting for this bad ass ....just quick warning these gauntlets ARE FRAGILE so be careful ...havent broke any but they did stab me SHARP...ouch..ha ha..thier a reason they give spare gauntlet tips.....they are FRAGILE..

This is the first Hot toys product I've gotten where it actually exceeds expectations, not just meets them.

I previously thought the joker would be the best of the two,...now a lot of pressure is on that to measure up, because this guy takes it up a notch for sure.

Also, to the people who still don't have him.

Take your time removing from the foam insert, his gaunlets can get caught and will break really easy.
