Why wouldn't they include the nipples? As controversial as they are, they are an important part of the design of those costumes and I think they SHOULD be included....it would look wrong without them!
I enjoyed the evolution of the batsuit over the movies....the armored look with the new symbol for Returns, and the sleek badass Panther suit for Forever.
But by the end of the movie, when he dons the Sonar Suit...well, that was when the movies lost me. Just too silly looking.
I'd really love to have 1989, Returns, and Panther lined up on my shelf....nips and all! But that's where I'd stop. I refuse to ever purchase anything from B&R....I still shudder when I think of that train wreck of a movie. I can't even enjoy it for how bad it is...it's just so bad it's terrible....ugh.

Even though I have a pre-order I couldn't wait any longer and bought one on eBay from HK. He arrived today
Opened him up and I was amazed. I know it's been said a million times but this figure is fantastic in hand. Proudly displayed on my desk in my examination room. Even my staff think he's a shrunken Keaton. Can't stop looking at him and touching him...that didn't sound good

Agreed. Pretty much on all counts.
Without the nipples it's pretty much just a shinny version on the '89 Bat.

Yep. Dang close to it. I never liked the chest symbol on that suit though. Just has a real plastic look to it and I don't like it being almost concave towards the center.

I don't know, i watched Forever the other night and sure that movie isn't as great as the first Burton flick but, i like how Kilmer looks in that first suit he has on, he fills it out perfectly and it looks mean.

The first Kilmer suit is good-ish, but the shape of the 'head' part of the mask looks like an upside down egg to me for starters. The belt is too much as well. It looks completely bling, & nothing else. I like that the bat symbol is on a bronze-esque oval though, that's cool.
Aside from that - Kilmer's pretty boy lips don't envoke crime fighting vigilante to me. They say.. pretty.

oh cmon the hateing on kilmers batman is unjustified. he did a good job, i liked him better then bale. and personally i really like the panther suit. heck, thats the suit i own myself. the nipple thing is simply nerd bait, nothing more. the suit itself rocks.

OMG same story here man! i still have those glasses and use them! and i also loved going to the WB store where they had that big TV and played the trailer over and over. i dont care what anyone says BF was awsome and i become a kid again watching it. yes it was different from burton but it was also refreshing from the constant doom and gloom stuff. in a way, if you subtract B&R it could make a nice trilogy of films.
i thought TLJ as twoface was hilarious but also badass in a way. WHY CANT YOU JUST DIE!!!??? best line of his. i think he was way more fun to watch as a villian then aaron eckharts pretty lame quickie version. i dont even know if i would count him as a main villian in TDK since he only was in it for about 2 minutes at the end. TLJ was a major super villian in Forever. i also liked carreys extremly zany riddler. the movie is just entertaining from start to finish. hard as a batman fan not to like it.
also, here is a little something that i got for Christmas when i was younger. i think it might be a rare item as i have never seen it for sale anywhere. i even searched the net for it and couldnt find it anywhere. its this large tin can/umbrella holder thing from the WB studio store, but of course i used it as a trash can and have used it for years. i used it as a kid, and still use it to this day to the chagrin of my family lol. i always thought it looked classily done and had some really amazing illustrations. it kinda looks like frew stuzan type artwork, but i dont know who the artist is. still i toughti would share this little piece of memorobelia with you fellow batfreaks.
