I would just love you to back that statement up with some information or evidence based on actual past experience.

only one i had a replace was caps shield replaced free of charge from sideshow...but another example they replaced the bat exclusive boots everyone got that had broken ankle..why wouldnt they replace this if is defective...this is mainly direct buyers they could help i dont know about 3rd buying like off ebay or comic shop's online store policys ..but still would contact hot toys directly in the matter......

I realy dont think hot toy's would shrug this under the rug that's just bad business and we are to valuable to lose as collectors..

Yet that is exactly what they've done in the past, so i'm not sure where your confidence comes from :dunno

You're just lucky not to have gone through what many of us have with the DX02 and the Comedian

Love this shot!!!

This one looks like an ad for one of those sloppy hamburgers.... the Carl's Junior Bat-burger. Three layers of meat, two buns and a ton of ketchup.

:lol Nice lighting Batty, but that was the one disappointing look was the HT's bloody mouth version :thud: So I had to do my own

It sucks he looks like he's wearing a cowl made of marble or granite. Not, you know, rubber, like in the movie. Anyone see the movie? And it wouldn't have required HT to have made the cowl out of rubber, they'd simply have had to smooth the texture of the cowl, like they did with the OC Batman, the new Bruce Wayne Batman and the DX 02 Batman. Every time I look at it it bothers me. Luckily I now have a bigger problem to worry about.

You want the cowl to be made out of rubber?

While I'm not taking sides (I have no problem with the cowl) he did specifically say it wouldn't have to be made out of rubber.

I do think that both the suit and cowl should have been smooth. But that's certainly not what I notice when I look at the figure.
