I'd say that this is regarded now as a 'must-have requirement' for the 'RETURNS' figure. I cannot really see how they can NOT do it really, it is a visual high point of the film and a definite dropping-of-the-ball if they do not.

But will Selena have the damaged cat costume to match it though? The two do sort of go together really. If HT do not do the swap-out costume for her it will be a serious misjudgement on their part.

What if HT made a version with a Keaton - Bruce Wayne Head sculpt. Would you not "consider" selling this one and getting that instead?

I would display my Returns batman with the Wayne head right next to my MMS71 with the Bale head from the DX12.

By the time the Keaton 2.0 comes out, ill be all caught up on all the other figures I want....

I couldn't agree with you more...its almost as if they paid more detail to this one !!!

What I'm happy about is the fact that even though they will make a Returns Bats and it may have a Wayne sculpt, it still won't affect this figure because of the fact that they're two different suits and this one will always be a classic.

I'm not surprised, because let's say you couldn't afford both, a joker alone isn't as cool as just having batman alone. Joker is cool if you have a batman to go with him...unless of course you're just a joker fan.

Strangely enough, I too thought that it would sell out more quickly too. I suppose I over estimated the popularity of Jack's character. Now, of course, it's as clear as day that BATMAN was always going to go first, it's just that iconic image and, despite the ridiculous amount of latex around Keaton's neck - rendering him practically immobile from the shoulders up - it remains so.

plus didn't Batman go up for preorder about a month before Joker? I could be wrong but i'm amazed than either one is still up on the site, they're my 2 most favorite figures I've gotten so far

Is there a good plan of attack for the cape? I've only bought two Hot Toys so far ('89 Bats & Joker), so I'm a bit intimidated by it being included unattached.

I'm moving in a few months and they're both still being kept in their packaging so I haven't fiddled with the cape yet, but someday I'll have room (& a not so dusty environment) to get it all put together.
