What's up with the grey under lining, Tony?

Sent from my LG-E739 using Tapatalk 2

haven't decide if I want to put a lining behind it yet. I like how thin it is and drapes well. if you take apart the HT cape, that's the color beneath it. The only thing is HT's cape is too long, so I'm still planing around with it....

That looks amazing. :yess:

I wish I had something like that for reference when I built mine. :slap

Back in the days when I built it, before computer internet and stuff
...I had to freeze a picture on my DVD player, and try to make some sketches by hand. :panic: :lol

:wave

nice still looks damn good. and i bet cost way less then if i do 3dprint the model i did. sadly the price point for mine to be made is too much for me to even try. mayb if i find a few extra hundred dollars randomly then mayb lol. but love urs :D

and ya i saw those compartments but it b too much work to get the grooves to match the tools. but i did leave a space in my model for a faom piece that could fit in with the tools in the foam

I'm still curious why we never got any faces like these. I would have preferred them to the hot dog/ketchup eating one.

Probably because Hot Toys wanted all 3 face plates to be different and not too similar. And the faceplate with blood adds more play value. I am hoping when they do release the Batman Returns Batman figure they will have swapable face plates that can interchange with the DX Batman.

<<<Spoilered for space >>>

I'm guessing that, even though they are great expressions and ideal for that moment in a movie, to see anything like those isolated as face plates would have been greeted with...

"Yuck!! Batman looks like he's trying to curl a couple off, why'd they go with that face anyway?"

'Expressive sculpts and Hot Toys' has always been a bit of a tricky subject, hasn't it?

I would have much preferred a pissed off expression rather than that bloodied one that's just about useless and I never use.

Alight, my fiancé is Aussie and lived in London for several years, so I know a lot of your goofy slang expressions, but "curl a couple off" is new to me. Please explain. :) First guess is ****ing, second is jacking it.

And this isn't weird looking?

Hot Toys could have pulled off a scowl/angry face for him. There's no doubt in my mind. Their Bale angry faces haven't been bad.

That's a VERY specific scene expression right there, when Batman crawls out of the wrecked Batwing. HT did a horrible job on the battle damage otherwise I'd actually use that one.

I'm from England and I'm not completely sure but I think he means farting?

WOW. P-o-o-p-I-n-g gets blocked by the filter? That's insane. How about defecating? ***** matter? Just testing here. Crapping? F-e-c-a-l too? That's a scientific term!!!
