I'm actually a little worried about playing with the PERS on my good one to be honest. I think I'll just leave that feature alone.

Yeah, I was gonna open mine up, but then chickened out last minute. Better not try to fix what isn't broken, yet....knock on wood.

Finally added a DX09 to my collection

I have wanted this figure for a long time and in a weird way holding this in my hands makes all my others completely worthless. I hold a piece of my childhood when I hold this... thanks Hot Toys!!!

Just something I have been working on... Trying to create a batman returns sculpt where keaton rips off his mask... Slowly it's coming together (bad paint job at the moment, but the idea is there)!

I'm fixing a broken pers system for a client.
This is probably the hardest thing I ever had to fix. A total mess. Everything was broken to pieces. It has a lazy eye too.

Awesome work! How'd you fix it if you don't mind me asking. Just reglued everything back together? The PERS pieces look so thin and fragile... Makes me never want to touch the PERS on my DX 08, 09 or 14 again.

Its not that easy. I reglued everything and recast it in hard resin. It requires a lot of work.

^Sorry man. Didn't mean to make it sound like the fix was easy. What I meant was: did the fix consist of just regluing/reassembling the pieces, or was the fix a more permanent durable solution? Glad to hear you actually recasted the pieces in resin, as superglue would inevitably fail. You should sell the recasted PERS pieces. I'm sure a lot of people would buy them, me included and my PERS are still intact.
