Personally I dont see them making anymore 89...especially since they are getting the DX treatment out of the gate...if they first did them as regular MMS first I would have said we'll see DX versions.

Why can you see them doing "2.0's" of 89 Joker? ..can you honestly see them making a better version of this in the future? ..i don't think so.

After seeing HT release yet another version of the Batman Begins figure with improvements I'd be very cautious in thinking they wouldn't do the same with Nich Joker, Keaton Bats or nearly any figure for that matter.

They are very sneaky over there in Hot Toys Land.

The best diorama/environment Hot Toys or Sideshow could come out with for Batman is a piece of the Belltower balcony. That way, it could be used for both Batman and Joker. Pretty simple too; a stone balcony, a gargoyle or two, and a stone archway behind them.

Funny, I thought people would be interested in this :dunno

At Sideshow prices. And obviously not the whole thing. Just a segment. That map room Sideshow's making for Indy is huge, and sells for $250. Seems reasonable.

They charge $200 for the corner of a wall. You're easily looking at over a grand. :lol

This may have been discussed already but why is the logo on the suit different then the logo used for the movie promos?

Because that's how Burton did it. I actually would've preferred the gold logo too.

You're imagining more of the bellower than I am. I'm talking about a piece of the balcony where the figures could stand, a gargoyle or two, and a segment of the stone archway behind them. No more than the Indy map room, which is most certainly more than just a corner of a wall.

Only problem for me is that I can't afford an Indy Map Room, buying a Cliff Perch for Batman wouldn't be any different.

Your gonna have to think hard about that one. Personally Im a big fan of both Nolan's Bats and Burton's '89 Bats but if I could only have one on my shelf it would be this bad boy:
