I think the first Terminator was able to learn as well. He uses the "**** you *******" line that it picked up from that punk afterall.
I've wondered actually what is the difference between the T1's learning ability and the T2's? That original line of dialogue in T2 is simply ''My CPU is a neural net processor - a learning computer. The more contact I have with humans the more I learn.'' In the special edition it became ''My CPU is a neural net processor - a learning computer. But Skynet presets the switch to 'read-only' when we are sent out alone''. Either way it seems to learn to some extent.

From the films the only differences I can discern is that the T2 T-800 has a more enquiring mind, asking questions about human emotions and so on. The T1 T-800 didn't have occasion to do that but one wonders would its 'read-only' setting have barred it from doing so? Or from even learning how to smile?.
Make it a one time body use. Theu can sell the body type later like they do their true types. Make him a DX with the dirt bike, his bag with credit card scrambler, an a smiling T2 head sculpt for the exclusive!!!
Re uses of the body mold? Maybe a Home Alone figurr and a Jackson 5 kid version of Micheal Jackson.
I love the idea of more scene-specific Arnie headsculpts. I'd love a smirking one for the 'Trust me' line or for when he picks up the mini-gun for the first time. I'd also love one with a major sun-squint for the desert scenes.
