I think the first Terminator was able to learn as well. He uses the "**** you *******" line that it picked up from that punk afterall.

I've wondered actually what is the difference between the T1's learning ability and the T2's? That original line of dialogue in T2 is simply ''My CPU is a neural net processor - a learning computer. The more contact I have with humans the more I learn.'' In the special edition it became ''My CPU is a neural net processor - a learning computer. But Skynet presets the switch to 'read-only' when we are sent out alone''. Either way it seems to learn to some extent. :dunno

From the films the only differences I can discern is that the T2 T-800 has a more enquiring mind, asking questions about human emotions and so on. The T1 T-800 didn't have occasion to do that but one wonders would its 'read-only' setting have barred it from doing so? Or from even learning how to smile?.

Make it a one time body use. Theu can sell the body type later like they do their true types. Make him a DX with the dirt bike, his bag with credit card scrambler, an a smiling T2 head sculpt for the exclusive!!!

Re uses of the body mold? Maybe a Home Alone figurr and a Jackson 5 kid version of Micheal Jackson.

I love the idea of more scene-specific Arnie headsculpts. I'd love a smirking one for the 'Trust me' line or for when he picks up the mini-gun for the first time. I'd also love one with a major sun-squint for the desert scenes.

Yeah, no worries - I'm certainly no authority on that figure. :lol

I have seen it, & thought it was great.. but the funny looking beanie struck me first. I haven't been that interested to be honest.

I would much prefer HT to go back to T1 and do a Kyle Reese, Sarah Connor and PS Arnie. Oh yeah a young John Connor would be great from T2 that would compleate my display those figs. :exactly:

YES:yess:, Someone that agrees with me!
Hot Toys, give Batman, Ironman, Predators and T-2 a rest ,and go back to lines you’ve left unfinished, give us the rest of T-1.

And by the way, give us the Die Hard, John McClain (Bruce Willis) figures too.:)

The awesome thing though, is that those of us who own the HT 'Tech Noir' release.. kind of already have a shoot out Arnold in the making. :)

I'm not one to incrementally customize something like that though, so.. :monkey1 :lol

I'd complain about it but I'd still buy 2 or more.

I don't see it happening like that though, I don't think theres much extra required for a tanker truck figure that would put it outside the bounds of one good DX figure.

Is there really a market for 1/6 kids? He's the only one that comes to mind.

I wouldn't mind a future Connor from T2 with the scar.

Of course, the first one that springs to mind for me is The Goonies!! That would be an awesome line to develop. I'm 30 and i can asume there are a few people on here around that age too and i bet everyone of you watched that as a kid!

What a great way to rekindle ya childhood collecting those figures. Then there is the film "Stand By Me" another great film i remember as a kid!!

and like someone has already mentioned "Home Alone" that could be a great figure. Kevin with his red jumper and khaki coloured pants and bundled in with that could be his winter coat with his bobble hat and gloves with the sleigh he used!

complete with an alternative headscuplt with the "arrrghhhh" face he pulls after applying the aftershave!

Hot Toys definately need to start with younger smaller bodies

Actually.. the more I think about it.. the more likely I think it is that I'd get a DX 'get aut' T1 Arnold too. :D
