You can't rule it out, unless you know something we don't Just a possibility along with about 3 others listed. Could be anything really, but I don't think it's the real reason for the delay. It's probably delayed due to the huge amount of figures being made by them, so we just have to sit back and wait longer.

The DX10 came out in November, right before the DX13 was revealed.

The question is, are the delays due to resculpting or is it just pushed back because too many things are being produced at the moment?

Well the delay sucks, but this gives me time to finish my Last of Us Joel bash. Plus I'm going to do all my Christmas shopping in September/November. Those are the only 2 months i have coming up where I don't have flex payments on stuff.
