Hot Toys can't help you with that. You need a woman.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'd rather have a NECA Batman Returns at this point.

Agreed. I'm holding out for a Christmas reveal -full specs.

Ok now.

IM? (yet another repaint): Check
Sexy wife beater wearing Tony Stark?: Check
A mother****ing baby tree?: Check

Anytime now, HT... Anytime.

They really are in bed with IM figures. It's cool and all but Kinda getting out of hand with the lack of diversity.

Anyone would think it was marvel's 75th anniversary this year. Only having arkham batman, bank robber joker 2.0, the bat and gordon/blake set go up for preorder this year is disappointing

My two scheduled HT figures for 2015 are BD Robocop and Chewbacca. It would be nice if DX15 and Ripley show their faces soon for pre-order so I have them in line for 2016. The thought from 2012 to "possibly" 2016 is just crazy! kind of mind blowing the wait.

My problem is when do "I" as a collector say **** it to expensive not going to buy. I do not own Batman in my collection (I am not a comic guy), but for reasons unclear I really like the look of Batman Returns and 89. In 2012 I thought sure it would be nice at $220, but not sure if I love it that much for $350? There is a lot of emotion in collecting (desire / temptation etc.) many times that takes control when you make a purchase not caring how much you are spending. But other time the price is bold enough to clearly make you say ’NO”!!

I am experiencing this right now with NECA Alien Queen. I think the figure looks fantastic but am not willing to pay $130 for it. Also (lower scale figures) the 7" Jabba the Hutt. I love Jabba but there is no way I am paying $50 for it.

Bo, couldn't you order the Queen from Entertainment Earth for $89.99, shipping included? You're in Canada, right? Do they ship there?

^ I think it is the near/over $100 price that turns me off! Again this is the thought....."Umm $100 for the Queen or $100 to put into (?) figure. Right now I feel like I'm leaning towards the later!

One thing though, that IM repaint has a $349 tag. Say what you will about the "cool base" (Mark VII BD had one similar, it was actually a limited edition figure, $290)

IF this ends up being a set ( I don't see how any Burton fan would want to go for the Barebones figure if the option was available) plus a glider AND a ripped cowl/Wayne sculpt (aside from the badass tuxedo wearing Keaton fig) then we are looking at the most expensive Batman yet. Dare I say way more than the Murphy set?

Jesus

I hope this just gets scrapped. At this point I don't care any more. The Iron Man and Marvel stuff really grinds you down. Between Avengers 2, Star Wars, Ant-Man, Guardians 2, Captain America: Civil War, and then Batman vs. Superman, there won't be any room for this. All the releases in the past two weeks have been obnoxious. Look at the banner up there on the site, it's changed to a Hot Toys figure almost every day and Iron Man has been in constant rotation.

NECA is doing a good job with the Keaton Batman goodness and hell, they got a fantastic looking Penguin coming. Screw Hot Toys, atleast we got the DX 08, DX 09, the Batmobile and DX 14 when we did. If those hadn't been revealed in 2011, we would have never seen them.

I see this and think WOW that’s a lot of saving for me as I have zero interest (minus Star Wars) in any of those license. Even with SW I will be hand picking (getting Chewbacca not Solo). Still in a long list like that you do wish a figure or two (from a different license) pops up and excites you!!

Curious on those who will collect these line will keep up!!

I'm quite certain your wish was granted some time ago.

Too much coming out this summer. They've already said they have no plans for Pengiun and Catwoman any time soon. And we really have no idea how well the first Batman sold, but we do know that the Joker is still available at pretty low prices (not just Mime), so that means the majority of Burton Bat-customers have a one-off Keaton on their shelf without a companion piece and likely don't really need a 2nd version. So would a BR Batman really sell that well outside of the crowd around here?
