Next week it'll be three years to the day when the license was announced as "coming soon". Would be cool if it was put up then, but I doubt it. It'll probably be Obi-Wan or some crap.

If and when they announce, if it's Keaton then pretty much forget about the villains. If the character is Penguin, then they'll make all three, Keaton being last. But since they already showcased Keaton, it doersn't look good for the villains and NOT doing a BD Pheiffer would be near Bat sacrilege in my book.

I'll be shocked if it isn't Keaton. In fact I'll be shocked if that wasn't just Chan talking $**te again and we see nothing at all, the SDCC proto going wherever the Charles Xavier one went.

CW is a must, Penguin would be a pleasant surprise. I'd be willing to cut his fatass loose if it guarantees us a Pfeffiifer.

If not for it being Batman I would find it utterly possible, even most likely that they would just let it disappear and hope everyone forgot they ever mentioned it.

NECA has Penguin covered, even if he is 1/4 and they decided to go with the most grotesque look possible, atleast there's a version of him that got made. NECA's prototype looks just as good as anything Hot Toys has done. It could also be one of those instances where Hot Toys apes NECA. Remember 2009 with T2? NECA was on that **** first and of course, Hot Toys followed suit.

If I had to choose between only Hot Toys Catwoman or Hot Toys Penguin to go with Batman, I'd choose Catwoman. Would I like a Penguin? Sure, I most definitely do. But with the the time frame and onslaught of Hot Toys Disney, it's looking more and more slim. I also don't have much faith in them doing such a unique figure with an all new true type that isn't Thanos or Hulkbuster. If they half assed anything, Penguin would look pretty bad. Catwoman is more iconic too and would surely be a better seller.

Still, if there's any truth to what Howard Chan said, supposedly Penguin was going to be shown two years ago along with Batman ("they're both coming in late December"). If that's the case, then he was surely developed, prototyped, etc. So that would mean that Penguin is further along than Catwoman. But then you also have the contradiction of "no plans for Penguin and Catwoman yet", so I don't ****ing know anymore.

Honestly, I'd probably rank "vanilla" Pfeiffer (Frankie & Johnny, One Fine Day, etc.) over Selina Kyle and Catwoman on the hotness scale, but I'd put Battle Damaged Catwoman above them all. There's something ridiculously sexy about that look. It probably comes down to the runny mascara and the crazy sex hair.

Well Chan said they have no plans for Pen and Cats, only a proto of Keaton Bats is made, with zero accessories. There was a list released recently of Hot toys releases for 2015, ones that will be mailed out (not announcements, two different things, releasing a figure vs announcing, some people here have this confused) and on that list there was no Keaton bats.

That pretty much tells you whats going on with Keaton Bats...

Penguin is something impossible at this moment, it would mean a new body, and I can't see HT releasing a new body just for DeVito...
