I currently have no SS Bios so it's unknown ground for me. I have HT Berserker and Tracker PO (money set aside in Paypal).

I personally enjoy the 1:1 Bios more than the HT figures. I started out with the HT figures, then got into the Bios. And now that I am making more cash, I try to get everything.

If you don't get the Falconer figure right now, you can still get him in the future for a decent price... It's not the same with the Bios, though. They're more rare, and expensive.

The Mr. Black Bio is incredible, I love every bit of it. If you really want it, you need to get it asap.
It seems like Falconer is the least wanted of the three HT figures anyway.
