I'm planning on buying extra Berserker heads and modding both Falconer and Tracker. I was wondering how anyone who has done this made out so far.

Ah, uncanny timing! I actually just finished up my second Falconer face mod, this one being a commissioned work. Both mods I have done, the helmet can fit snug on the face without sticky tack or anything like that. I used a dremel tool to smooth out the inside of the face area of the mask, then superglued in some fat strips of felt leather in between where the mandibles would rest, and between the upper mandibles, and the brow. Next, I heated each mask with a blow drier, and formed it to the unpainted face, with the closed mandibles attached of course. Both fit snug, you can hold the detached heads in you hand, shake them, and the helmet doesn't fly off.

The color palette you've chosen here would seem to help separate Falconer from Berserker better.

Hey, thanks guys! It's alway encouraging to hear positive feedback (Not that I can't take constructive criticism mind you...) The custom head is actually for fellow board member, Pepez, who wanted to have a color scheme that didn't incorporate red, but had somewhat similar patterns/dots as Berserker. So it was a fun challenge to bounce around ideas and come up with something. Glad you guys like it! The eyes were a b_tch to do, wasn't that happy with them till you said they were scary greygoose! Nice! It was a fun project.

The eyes do look good, but they are a bit..
Don't take that the wrong way, if the whole thing was crap I wouldn't have posted anything.

I love the way you did the inner mouth, mandibles, and the two top front layers of..skin the most.

Don't even get me started on the damned eyes... UGH. You don't know how many times I removed the paint, and redid them... It got kinda ridiculous! It all looks better in hand, not so zoomed in, ha... I swear! (it does!) Yeah, I thought the mouth area looked pretty neat, the layering of colors there was fun to do. Thanks!

I don't know how to paint or anything, but the eyes do seem like the most difficult part. The head overall still looks amazing though.

Same thing happened to me , i must have done the eyes on mine like 5 times
