From that list (and since it's for 2013) I'd have to go with the DX13 (BD T-800)
But fo me a very honorable mention goes to two others....
MOS Jor-El the amazing sculpt and the great execution on the soft goods make this a great release. Just can't stop staring at this figure...
IM3 The Mandarin Another stunning likeness here and like Jor-El, a masterful job with the textiles and outfit. Chair's a nice touch too.
And although they weren't "in the running" this year, I picked both of these up and they're both great, detailed figures that are great adds to my collection...in this year or any...
CA:FA RED SKULL Out of the park on quality with both head sculpts and while the color is off for the uniform, it's tailoring is pitch perfect. And that overcoat...wow. So glad I didn't let this one go by.
AVATAR Jake Sully The size, the detailing, the whole execution here is just pure art. A lot of great engineering and thought went into this piece...great detailing and an overwhelming presence on the shelf.
Here's to 2014...and with some of the pre-orders on the way...it's looking to be a good one!

May the PWNAGE by DX13 of its competitors in this (and I'd like to think other such) polls encourage HT to bring forward any further Terminator-plans. 2014 is the year because lets face it '15 and '16 are going to be Marvel business as usual years. '14 is just some standalone films that aren't Iron Man am I right? Wait when's that Guardians of the Galaxy thing coming out?

My thoughts exactly. They damn well should make Furlong Connor, even its just an excuse to milk us for cash on yet another clean T-800.
All I want from Terminator HT is the Police Shootout T-800 with Tanker damaged sculpt.
I'd be more than satisfied with only T1 PS, T1 TechNoir and T2 BD Dx13 and my old HT Endo.
Although I would like an updated Endo with that metal finish, real enamel teeth and light-up eyes.

Any new endo has to be based on the ones in the actual ****ing films (T1 or T2) or GTFO.

A diecast 1/6 Endo is said to be in the works..
I've known about it but I hope it isn't just gonna be shrunken down copy of the 'wrong scale' version. I know I still have it in my sig but I have become less and less a fan of that figure with that headsculpt.
I have to disagree (for now). I enjoyed the Terminator films as much as the next man, but please HT, new and exciting rather than rehashed and done before.

I don't know. I think I'm just getting jaded at the never ending stream of slightly improved or marginally different figures.

This figure -- DX13 -- is exactly the Terminator from T2 that I've been holding out for. I never bought the MMS or DX10, so for me this is a great reward for patience.
Other than the Tech Noir version, I'm still holding out hope for the Police Shootout version, which will be my final Arnold.
