So is this intended to be a R1 or ANH Tarkin? I suppose ultimately it doesn't really matter. I'm really glad to see that they are apparently releasing this character, being that many people have seemingly wanted him for so long. Unfortnately, I think he'd be a pass for me as my ANH shelf is full and space is limited.

Nice! It was the last one from ANH that I really wanted. I hope they put that blasted Death Star Trooper with console up for preorder soon too. I don't want it to get lost in the shuffle. A shelf with Tarkin/Vader/DS Trooper/2 Stormtroopers would be just perfect.
