Maybe this is why Hot Toys showed us their pictures beforehand as they knew pictures like this would be coming out from the show. Hopefully it is just bad lighting/angles/cameras causing it to look like that. Although Hill still looks great so maybe just wishful thinking on my part.

This just reinforces what I am trying to do now. No more pre orders until I see the final item released in Hong Kong. It means long waits but I have to wait to get it anyways so it really should not matter. Only exception I will make is if I want an exclusive item that might sell out before release. They seem to release so many surprise figures and my display space is extremely limited so ordering early for me is not wise especially with the NRDs now.

So since Hong Kong's price for Shotgun equated to 230 USD and Sideshow priced it at 285 USD, I'm placing a new estimate on the Mark 9/Pepper two pack (whose Hong Kong price equated to $360)... $450.
Pepper by herself will probably be $220.

The amount of reveals lately is pretty staggering. HT are really starting to churn these figures out now, I wonder how much this company had grown in the last couple of years.
Some figures will be certain buys straight away and others will be a wait and see down the line, hope for discounts type of buys.

Hot Toys is pumping out the new stuff lately...I'm already in on Tank and Shotgun and I'm still paying off Bones, Stealth and AV2 Cap...I'm going to order the Mark IX Pepper combo and I still would like to order Striker and possibly Starboost or Peacemaker. I figure if I don't eat for the next month I'm golden.

All of the armors are going to look great together, but I swear all of these expensive releases recently make me realize how much it sucks to be an Iron Man fan/collector. Why couldn't I be a huge Thor fan instead?
