I'd go with starboost. One of my favorite armors

Awesome; thank you for your advice! I still haven't made my decision yet so if you have an opinion, please share it :)

Because of its unique design and modest size this will simultaneously be the most over looked of all the armors Now and probably the most sought after in the future.

I thought about this, and decided to go for Bones. I actually like the skinny look a lot and the additional mobility of the head swung it for me. Being able to display it in a proper lateral flight pose will be awesome.

Has anybody modded this figure with a Stark HS? Doing so would probably involve an alternate neck of some sort and would be pretty involved, but I'd love to try it.

Great display; all those details really stand out next to the relatively plain and clean Python and VII.

In related news: my Bones should land in the post office tomorrow! :yess:

That's correct--there is a battery compartment in the base but it's sealed with a plastic plug and not a screw. Perhaps the plan was to include electronics, and it never happened. Very frustrating, at any rate.

The base doesn't light up on this figure right? My understanding is all of the figures that have this base don't light up.

It's a rehash of the base that came with the IM3 Armor Test Tony. They stripped out the electronics I guess to save on costs. I actually took one apart because the screw for the waist grabber got loose, it's just hollow in there.

I added a simple $1 LED panel to these bases and powered them with a $5 12vdc power supply. It's a simple mod

I hope these pics does the figure some justice - it is such a beautiful piece in person. But somehow the pics don't reflect it
