I've made this Iron Man Time Magazine cover and truth is that I'm always amazed to see my work used here and there, by people who didn't even ask if they can use it and who are thinking that they don't have to credit anybody for it. At least, you're not selling it.
I'm really sorry to begin by an angry message on these board but this kind of behaviour is the reason why I'm not doing that stuff anymore.

Nope, there are Newsweek, Forbes, Rolling Stone and some others covers but no Time Magazine. The only thing this sequence gave to me is some inspiration.
Here's the original cover I made:

Where did you get the pic of tony stark (downey) and the mark II to use in your cover? You certainly don't give anyone else credit for using those pics either right?
I think that the pictures I've used in it are some kind of promotional material (anybody knows where there are coming from) taken by professional photographers who were rewarded for them.
I mean, there are two things to do when you're using designs coming from a non-professional source:
- asking for permission
- crediting
That's just common sense.

Hey everyone check out this new Time magazine cover that I made. what do you think of it? But please do not use this image without MY permission first. thank you.
I created Robery Downey Jr. and if anyone wants to take or use images depicting his likeness or of actual image must first contact me to avoid the legalities involved.
Failure to do so will result in cracked skull. Thank you.
