So anyone want to speculate how they're doing this? It could be on the SSC/HT armor body, but the shoulders look like it may not be on a standard 1/6 body and is constructed like Robocop. I'll be a bit disappointed i that's the case.

It looks good, although to be totally honest this kind of picture makes it pretty hard to see details -- it doesn't look THAT different from the 12" Hasbro Repulsor Iron Man from a distance. Anyway, even though I like comic book-related properties, I've got so much on my plate with Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Transformers, and Aliens, that I've decided not to buy any comic book related stuff, but this might get me to change my mind.

I think the Stark sculpt looks really good. I'm just curious as to how many working/moving parts HT was able to include in the suit.

I will be getting it for sure. The head sculpt of tony looks great.
He is going to look awsome besides my 1:1 bust.

I hope it has light up features.

I'm pretty sure the chest will light up as well. I thought I saw a news tidbit on another forum stating that Hot Toys had planned to have a working one. And the Terminator Endos have light up eyes, so I can't see any reason why not.

As for the body, I'm fully expecting a sculpted body like the Robocop figure. I don't think it's feasible to have another body under that armor.

Again, my point isn't that the figure isn't any better Hasbro's -- I have a LOT of faith in Hot Toys. I'm sure it will rock. I'm just saying that in my opinion it's too early to be having orgasms about this figure based on this one picture.

I'm guessing as late as it is already an no offical pics, I would guess December of this year or early next year. But hell, they might get it out by November for the holiday rush!! That would kill!!
