i think the colours look great. having said that, i'm having my predator 2 and predator 2 elder repainted by Les, and I'm sure after I get them back, and display them next to the Lost Predator, after about 5 seconds i'll be sending my Lost predator off to Les for his magic.

Just when I think I'm out.. the WTF pics PULL ME BACK IN!!!
Also: The whole AVP line was rehashed imo. And that line was worse because HT released them all almost at once. At least it's been a while between P2 and this lost hunter Borg. I would even say there's MORE recycled parts between the AVP preds then with these lost hunters and P2. It's really not HT fault either, so don't confuse what I'm saying. The AVP design team decided to make all their Preds the same. Just like Stan Winston and Crew decided to make all the lost hunters with re-used P2 parts. I think both decisions were based on time/budget contraints. While that's ok in the movies.. obviously it draws criticism (from people like me) when those characters are turned into "individual" figures with heavily rehashed parts. Doesn't mean I don't like the end result (cuz imo Borg looks cool) I'm just saying.
