I wonder if we might see something Wednesday or Thursday, though. A week before the movie comes out and a week after Robo. That being said, there's a part of me that wonders if Jor-El and son won't go up together.

This thread is pretty much the only reason I'm checking SSC at the moment.

First ... that's completely badass. Second ... makes you wonder how complete Jor-El's 'Superman' undersuit will be on the HT figure. From the latest preview, looks like its even got the \S/ on it. Might be another full Superman suit underneath Jor-El's ceremonial armor -- which may offer another display option.

Also, from some of the pictures I've seen, Zod may have two different sets of battle armor ... the one set looks like it has an emblem on it (like Jor-El's), and the other seems to be almost a space-suit, with helmet and no emblem ...

To be honest ... I'd rather pay $275 for that than $200 for just the ceremonial armor. Do the whole thing at once, and charge more for it.

I don't see why it'd even need to be that much. They're probably reusing the Superman suit for the undersuit, and the only intricate tailoring is on his robe. Barney Ross has two outfits, and he's nowhere near that price. Plus, I think it'd be easier on them to sculpt a new piece (the armor) vs. tailoring a whole new outfit (like Ross). Granted, they'll probably try to milk this one, if not for the Superman license, then, for the Crowe likeness.

I'm so hoping this doesn't disappoint like Iron Man 3. Supes has been in need of an epic movie for too long now and this finally looks to be the one I'm staying cautious though as trailers are never an indicator of the final quality of a film and I've been let down so many times before :/
As for the suits, I'll simply buy the definitive versions of each character (if multiples are released) so I'll see which of Zods suits look more epic. I have to say i'll Defo have to buy the play arts version of Zod's suit as well as it looks super duper cool

This movie can not come out soon enough. Everything I have seen looks absolutely epic. I really, really hope it comes out as good as I'm hoping it will. At this point, Hot Toys reveals are going to be the cherry on top.
