No, it just looks like the area around the shirt is permanently wet, and its got a little big of whit crust on it from where the glue dried. I put barely a drop on, so little I didn't even sit it come out of the pen. It just got absorbed right into the shirt, and didn't even get sticky.

WOW unreal, sorry bros :monkey1

I think maybe that glue was to liquidy...my button is almost completely off and I decided not to use my Crazy Glue as I was afraid it would just soak into the shirt.

If anyone has any ideas what type of glue to use it would be appreciated.

I think people want the BD moreso than the regular Mark III because it has improved features and accessories plus the possibility of a better paint job. I also think it would go better with the upcoming Iron Man 2 figures because the Mark III was left damaged at the end of the first movie.

Just my thoughts :D

Those are some valid points :lecture

I managed to lose a button on my 'Giant' James Dean, so I picked one off from the bottom of the shirt that was unseen as it was tucked in. Then I used a tiny blob of 'superglue gel', it's less watery than the regular stuff (hence its name I guess). I then used a toothpick to makesure only a minimum amount was on the back of the button and put it into position. Worked fine. Just make sure you have absolutely no excess glue.

Thanks wookster, I will try to get the gel.

Got mine yesterday and have to echo the thoughts of the masses here, just an amazing figure. I especially love the body, it just adds to the realism of the piece. That's why (and I hate to do it) I'm displaying him without the button up shirt and coat.

When I am done displaying him in the tank, I have my next look thanks to MF

Right now I've got mine fully dressed. The good news, bad news is, I really like how he looks no matter what wardrobe configuration you go with, all the clothing looks nice on him and he looks badass no matter what.

One thing I really like is the red shirt, the ammount and quality of wrinkling in the sleeves looks so realistic when you have him just wearing that shirt, it's one of the most realistic shirts of that kind I've ever seen on a 1/6 figure, just beautiful work.

Another pic, only downside to this figure is that we did not get a "aggressive" or "berserker rage" look with teeth showing. Would work great with the more agressive poses...

I concur with all.

I've got mine fully clothed but with the shirt open. I can't bring myself to leave that jacket and shirt spare and unused. Ideally I could have 2 of this figure. Maybe if we get a casual clothes trilogy Wolverine figure this dilemma can be addressed.

I don't see them doing a casually trilogy Wolverine, essentially it'd be this figure with a different head and shirt besides the red one he has, his casual look was pretty consistent, this figure prtty much can cover his casual look from any given X-Men film. Now, if they do indeed give us a Trilogy Wolverine and I really like the headsculpt, if it'd work on this body, I'll probably look into getting a second head so this figure can be trilogy or origins, depending on my want. Have to see how that head looks. I do hope if they do it, they base his hair on X2, I think it looked best their, it wasn't too defined for the horn look in X1, and X3 looked like it rode really high on his head. You would think they just had the same wig everytime, but apparently not.

Superglue is definitely too wet - it will soak right into the cloth like water as thers have experienced. The thing I've used for gluing on buttons that have fallen off is Aleene's tacky glue. You can find it at most artist or craft supply shops. Great for gluing together anything from basswood to cloth - things that need a thick tacky glue. It dries clear and a tiny drop will work.

Haven't had any issues with Logan's buttons, but I used it to repair a button that fell off my DX Joker shirt
