There has been a lot of arguing about whether the Comedian is the end of the Watchmen figures. Is there anyway we could get any confirmation about that Rorshach prototype we have seen pictures of?

I still think Rorschach's being saved to be the next DX figure, though no one seems to agree with me. HT has a lot of upcoming releases on their plate, but I agree, they need to let people know Rorschach's coming. I bet sales on Comedian and Spectre would spike if we know that he'll be around.

For those who wanted a young Comedian head...:lol

Perhaps HT is awaiting sales figures for Silk and the Comedian before committing to Rorschach? HT may or may not have a Rorschach prototype as some pictures suggest however, dismal sales of the other two figures may discontinue the line. HT would stand to lose less money in R&D by scraping the line than produce large quantitites of a figure to remain in overhead. Businesses do it all the time.

I wouldn't consider other character's in the line a given until an official announcement. I hope Watchmen fans get more figures since I understand your plight wanting an XMO: Sabretooth to complete the line that will never happen :(

I totally agree with you darkseed. I really hope they plan on making Rorschach still though. A watchmen line without him would be like an x-men line without wolverine....its just illogical!!

The smiley thing IS a big deal :(

See my original comments...

Im really sadened by the lack of smiley, honestly it's not that easy of a fix these seem to be our only options...

1) draw it on manually however it's not likely all three will look consistent

2) print a decal/ sticker with a solid yellow back

or

3) print a decal with a clear backing,

Either way it's going to have a crappy sticker on it it will surely be a bit unsightly

the button has rounded edges, there's no way you wont notice the line of the sticker, plus what options are there even out there for a printable sticker? Water slide decals don't even work in my opinion. At least I never found a way to get them to do anything other than fall apart in the water.

HT has a Marvel movie license. Sabertooth could pop up at any time, but whether that will be Maine or Schreiber is debatable.

Maine's Sabertooth was better than Schreiber's. Schreiber didn't even come close to looking like Sabertooth. He just looked like a vampire. So if we only get one Sabertooth, I want it to be Tyler.

But yeah, Ror is all but a lock with that prototype in that office pic. I'm really not too worried about it yet. We thought TDK was done after Two-face and we got two more figures after that, months later.

He certainly looks like the original nasty bastard, just the most despicable character, so in that respect I agree... perfect!

True, he was a bastard, and as they said practically a nazi. But still a bloody good character that I have a love/hate feeling for. And it does look bloody fantastic. Atleast be able to get this if Rorschach doesn't show his ink blot face

This whole thing about HT not finishing the line had me thinking. The comedian and silk are the two most challenging figures to make. The remainders are simple in comparison. Ror is a TT with two heads. Owl is a modified version of the original Batman suit. They just don't seem that complicated. Dr. M is the only one that has me scratching my head.
