Does anybody have a suggestion of a display case for this guy?dont fit in a detolf and would like to display whole setup

Haha, brilliant.
Imagine if instead of throwing Tony out the window, He used his sceptre to chop is head off.
There might have been a lot more people dead(Up until the nuke hit anyway, killing everyone else in manhattan).
:rotfl

This dude is so much fun. Do many bits.
It was good fun putting it all together.
The adding armour and flying and everything else...
I've got to recommend the Tony figure a lot. I think more than any other figure , I'll be reposing, changing limbs, etc. uber cool.

Yup. Me too. At the moment, mine is still in the middle of the floor.
Showing how delicately I handle these things, I was really impressed with the superb detailing that went into this set. I was wondering how long ( I was holding the closed fist ) it would be before HT got right down to articulating the hands.... Then I realized they have. Those articulated hands are too much. Just how much fun can you put into one figure. Lovin it.

Agreed, this is just a great figure. I still haven't done too much with it as still working on my display.

OK, it's off the floor.
Phase 1 was to bring all the Batmobile stuff together and add a Batman beside each.

Phase 2 was to elevate some Bats figures from (what was) the Bats table. and then, there is spacefor the IM3 Tony Stark.

Phase 3. Bruce wants to know where he gets those wonderful toys !

re-organizing my shelf, decided to put the mk7 with tony

can't wait to get the ht mk42 to display with this tony workshop. it's gonna be epic :impatient:

Very nice. You should put that helmet on the table on the MKVII. It has the smaller eyes.

I've actually tried it but i think the proportion is more accurate on the original mk7 helmet as it's bigger/wider that fits more realistically tony's head inside. even though the big eyes do suck, more accurate helmet size is more important to me :lol

That's fair enough.
You need a base under Tony's feet to tie it all together...

:wink1:

Either that, or something to boost the floor up so the light up base looks smaller.

Yeah, I think it sums up where te love goes.
Tony gets days of designinging, modeling and construction put into his home base, resulting in something quite impressive. Meanwhile 5 minutes are spent on poor Jasper, and most of that was just looking for the scissors and the magic marker!! Haha!
No, those displays look cool.
My plan ( whenever I can spare some time) is to build an acrylic riser, so that I can elevate the unit off of the table and display the Avengers team under it.

Actually... I once spent ten hours at work building Jasper a two level "house", with cosy dark places to sleep with loads of insulation, and parts of it he could climb into inside which would be pretty dark, and accessible only to him.
He only went in once and came running out as though it was haunted. I left it in the corner he usually slept in for four months and eventually took it apart and used the materials for something else.
And then he sleeps in an old cardboard box that i got some HT in...

Sounds good. You'll have to post pics when it's done.

Isn't that the way. Hours on a well designed, lovingly constructed house, and he cat wants a cardboard box with a hole in it!!

Finding time is my issue. I've got designs for my 4 tier Batmobile/Batpot display and my TARDIS construction kit parts all mapped out in the computer. I could give them to a technician and ask him to put them together. Thing is, I want to make them. I was hoping to do so during the summer holiday, but I ended up spending the last four weeks of it working out a new computer program.
The Tony riser should not be a difficult or time consuming exercise, so I might get a chance to do that this week.

Sounds great. Post pics of it!
