Yes, they know. They had a stand in on set with parts on him. They've had the design(s) for a while. I would not be surprised to see him at SDCC. Marvel loves to show stuff off there.

All I've seen was some partial mask that looks like there will be CGI added to it. Has any more than that been revealed?

I'm not 100% sure that was him from the set photo, I thought it was a HYDRA Dreadnought... but I'm not sure about that either
