Shoulder armour not being 2 separate piece? It seems they are storing that for the DX22 batman 3.0.

The 1/4 version has it, I dont think its that hard to incorporate it to the 1/6 scale ver.

I really wish they had altered the Wayne sculpt to make him look younger. The current sculpt looks too old and really doesn't reflect him in him prime of the Dark Knight.

It looks like it's from Dark Knight to me. You can tell that they modeled the DX 12 Bruce Wayne head off of the Dark Knight, that's one of the reasons he looks perfect in the Hong Kong jump gear.

In 2008, he was gaunt looking.

Agreed they got him pretty close to what he looked like in the dark knight

I'd sure like to know if this is coming soon- I POed TWO of the complete sets....need I say more? :lol

Definitely. What is it with supporting characters? It's like, at least a select group of people have issues with the Jokers and the Batmen (often with good reason), but, when it comes to guys like Alfred and Gordon, and even Blake, they do an amazing job. As far as Blake goes, I loved TDKR, but I never really thought he'd have shelf appeal; enough that I'd want him, anyway, but seeing him with Gordon and the Batsignal, I was like "damn, he looks awesome."

Maybe it's psychological? Maybe we don't scrutinize supporting characters, or expect as much in them from Hot Toys, as we do the main characters? :dunno

And if the Bruce Wayne figure winds up looking like that Luka pic, that ain't half bad.

Not at all, but after what? Eight tries? I really don't think it should. :lol

I still don't see the problem with the DX12 Bruce Wayne head sculpt. :dunno. The new one looks good but to me it doesn't seem all that much better.

I thought it was a decent attempt; the new paintjob definitely elevates it, if these pics are of the final product.

i dont know how is it that people has always been so blind with the dx12 bruce headsculpt...
as i once said in the dx12 thread; usually, it is the bad camaras and light exposition that makes the dx12 look bad...
when they announced the mms 236 bruce, i noticed the improvements on the paint, but that was it, i hoped that for the final release, they would improve the sculpt, but alas, its the same...

see, here are some pics of my dx12... its basically the same (and they are taken with a PHONE camara, there is NOTHING special needed)
