Might be just me, but Alfred looks like a waking corpse in every picture I've seen. Not to say the pics are bad, that's not what I mean.
 
I agree, the pictures everyone is taking are great, it's just a very lifeless sculpt.
I agree but I'm not sure what more they could have done to change that. He had a lifeless expression throughout the entire trilogy aside from the sobbing grave scene.

It's one thing to look sad and like a whimp compared to someone who just came out of a grave. It's like he's having a first phase zombie transformation, lol.
 
Did you get the plastic tabs of the cape to sit in the chest plate properly?

I did in the end, thanks for asking! This was after doing it completely wrong for a long time, trying to stuff the whole of tab into the hole by force. Just glad I didn't break it.

I'm not sure the sculpt is the problem. Alfred's a very frustrating figure - superb eye work, great painting on all the little details like the spots and blemishes on his face. However, the skin tone is just too dark and makes the figure look odd.
