Why are people so eager for the preorder? It's the holidays, are you all really that hyped up to throw down an NRD for something you probably won't be getting in hand until a year from now?


Chiiiiilllll, nothing to be sad about.

I know...weird right. Is there like too much money flowing somewhere ... It's not like its eternity and like there are only 10 being made. Sometimes i feel people hype things like its the end of the world if they miss it here or there. Its like way too impulsive to just wait and pull a trigger on every thing thats announced.

Agreed its an awesome set, but i really need to see the price first and even then things can wait a day or two ...

Lol totally dude this can take its time coming out. I got supes, Zod, robo and punisher on the way. The last thing i need is another must order before I can pay holiday bills.

Why not? It had the glock, machine gun, cards, money and knife that were in all the previous Joker sets.

You really think Hot Toys will really pass up another opportunity to put out a "new" regular purple Joker (clown shape according to their Engrish)? This "new" DX 12 Batmab release only a year later says other wise.

I expect a new DX 3.0 Regular clown Joker with some "new" gimmick that will make collectors piss themselves and throw down $300+ on a doll they already half own. Count on it.

I remember I said the same for DX12 and heard resistance "How much better could they make it?" Maybe first by improving that abortion of a cowl. It's funny, when it was revealed I ragged on the cowl and people jumped on my **** about how great they thought it looked. Those same people turned around and bought all those custom cowls and plates.
We'll see a BB DX too. I'm actually looking forward to that. I have my modified DX12 that I am happy with and won't trade up again. Same for Ledger Joker. I will never buy another full release Ledger Joker. If they make a great head sculpt and give him something better than the bathrobe I'll pick those up. I'm pretty firm on these. But a new BB? That would be hard to pass up honestly. That last one was a POS.


So what so you think of this set, Difabio? Gettin' it?

I think 599 for all of the figures is a fair estimate. Maybe 250-300 for just armory and bat figure.

About 8 pct. leave alone the cost of living... Cali is outrageous. If you jump a red light by a small chance you will pay 481 usd... Compare that! ... Not saying one should jump a red light but people roll over on no turn on red all the time and 481 is a woop ti da! ...

How do you arrive at that number? The dx12 was 260. I say the standalone suit only would be 350 minimum. Look at what they get for just a robocop chair.

People do that all the time... They just love supporting things and harping their knowledge on how they know better and how things are awesome and perfect and then start crying. Some are mature enough to admit things dint turn out the way things were meant to be and no harm in that. Some other keep living in illusion and want others too! ... Infact am happy that i never bought a dx12 ... I know this is not perfect but its good value for me as i dont have a dx12 so around 500 something it will be a great buy for me.

I thought the flesh toned eyelids was something HT would fix this time.What is it,afraid that the black paint might peel off on the Pers eyes when you move them or something?

Right, HT & Kato tackled the same suit (the one worn from the new "Bat Cave" to the press conference where Dent takes the fall; HT gave Alfred the corresponding outfit); but if it is blue, even in that pic it appears black. I feel that it looks black on Blu Ray as well but as I said, I've seen some Google images where it does look blue. Those could be tricky though because the saturation tends to vary from image to image. I think how it appears on screen/Blu Ray is the best reference point for accuracy

I understand what you mean but it is definitely blue.
