I wouldn't say A LOT older.

ANH was made in 77 and RotJ in 83, so Ford himself was 6 years older. In the SW time line, ANH took place I believe around 1 BBY - 0 ABY and RotJ took place in 4 ABY. So the character himself was 4-5 years older.

But he still did obviously look older in RotJ from how he did in ANH.

In regards to his outfit, Han wore brown pants, not dark blue and with gold/yellow striping (not red). Shirt was different, too.
