You're bullying and being patronizing.
Jesus... how is that offensive, to anyone but the shoes? On the figure? I never ONCE said that the character looked like a prostitute, neither on screen or as a figure. Get off that political correct ******** train you're on. I think the shoes are ugly on the figure. Try and live with that.

I love the figure... I just don't like the shoes

Then just word is the way you have been. It's obvious you're just using the term prostitute to fire people up. You could have easily said they were ugly, you didn't like them, thought they looked tacky compared to the quality of the figure. But nope.

Committed to buying this Wanda so I'll live with it ha ... hopefully once I get it in hand I'll be pleased and not need to get the CW version

I have posted 540 (this including) posts and I have never once tried to "fire people up". I don't care about that. I use the word prostitute shoes because that most accurately describe the shoes. It's a word, maybe you don't like it, but that is your problem.

No one cares that you don't like the shoes or that you think they are ugly. You have the right. But calling them "prostitute" shoes is simply misogynistic as it dehumanizes the character wearing them and anyone else who might wear something like that. You may call it "PC", but you had a member of this forum tell you that they aren't "prostitute shoes" and she rightly told you that they are just heels and then you obnoxiously continued in such talk, sarcastically said "yes mamm" and now are acting like your some how the victim of the PC police. It's not about being PC, it's about not having a posture which reduces someone wearing heels you may not like to being that of a "prostitute", or mocking another person with "yes maam" only to continue with being offensive. I am sorry you feel the need to belittle women - both fictional, and the ones on this message board . It's sad and uncalled for.

I'm just a bit scared that they will tweak the HS on the CW Wanda, and what if it gets worse? Cause I really like this (well, we'll see when it is released, but so far it looks good)

That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. They "accurately describe the shoes"? Seriously? I'm sorry, your choice of words more accurately describes your attitude towards women than it says anything about shoes.

There are both male and female prostitutes, always have been. To think only females can be prostitutes my say something about YOUR attitude towards women.

Now you're just being plain rude. Cause you really have nothing and then you start name calling, cause that is all you can think of. It's petty and pathetic.
It's got nothing to do with gender. If Cap. America had these shoes on, I would have said the same thing. I have no idea how you came to the conclusion that because I thought Peppers shoes (on the figure, not the film, mind you) looked like prostitute shoes, then I "feel the need to belittle women - both fictional, and the ones on this message board".
I "yes mamm'ed" her cause I thought she was right. It's called sarcasm, it's hard to do on a message board, my bad. But maybe next time, before you jump to conclusions and resort to name-calling, you should ask questions.
I do feel the need to belittle you now, and resort to name calling, but I wont, cause I'm not that ego-centered or self-rightous.
