I had a bunch of bad wrinkles at the bottom of the robes, water treatment worked like a charm. No thanks to Rory, I was gonna do it anyway

that phasma is the toys r us 12". I have one too. great figure! a tad small in scale to kylo, but she's great for the money!!

The only bad thing I can say about that helmet is the lack of a jaw line. Great picture though.

Did Rory's water treatment on the robes and got it looking exactly like I wanted, more flow and drape and a bit more motion than the poofy dress it was before. The detail in this helmet is spectacular, if I photographed the 1:1 scale Black Series Ren helmet it wouldn't look half as good. This is one of my fave figures, can't wait for the snow trooper to get in to flank him.

Just ordered this figure yesterday and I'm excited! I have a question: How hard is it to remove the hood? I like the hood but I'd prefer the option to display Kylo with or without it.

Nice photos, everyone!

After seeing a lot of these pictures, I'm contemplating one of these days displaying him with his saber unlit and the hilt simply on his belt. The only thing that's holding me back is I feel that his lightsaber design is too unique to not have him wielding it.
