Not sure when I got it, but it's the wired version and the pleather around the wires have started to peel where it meets the cowl, probably from rubbing up against it. And the inner lining is separating in different places as well, although it's easy enough to glue that back on.
Yeah I'm kicking myself now that I didn't grab one of those Supermad Catwoman figures when those came out years ago. Actually made for an awesome figure when paired with the Sean Dabbs sculpt.Have to say, excited to have this and Mars Toys Museum Joker coming out.
What still baffles me is that we have still yet to have gotten a single high quality 1/6 Pfeiffer Catwoman and Penguin from Returns. All these years and we STILL only get Batman and Joker. Bunch of high quality statues but not a single 1/6 figure of either.

Of course even with the damage it's still miles better than the stock cape.
Nah it's probably just from not being careful enough while reposing the cape. Should really take off the cowl every time you do that.

Although they're 1/4 scale, I'm ok with the NECA Returns Pengiun as a stand in for now. I just pretend he's a huge beast of a man, kind of like how King Pin is. The NECA Catwoman is obviously too tall to work though unfortunately, especially with her high heels.Have to say, excited to have this and Mars Toys Museum Joker coming out.

I think when all of my new 1/6 Batman stuff arrives later this year, I’m just going to separate the NECA’s and put them in their own little area. I’m not holding my breath for 1/6 scale versions. I’ll probably just end up boxing my NECA ‘89 Batman once the Hot Toys version gets here.
Yeah the NECA 89 Batman has not aged well at all. I retired him to his box in the closet last year. I just don't enjoy it anymore like I once did.
The eyes kill me. He looks like an a** hole from Spaceballs. I have to admit he does have a shelf presence from afar though.
I’ve only ever owned a couple, Fusion’s and Jaxon’s, and they were of very similar quality. My two Fusion capes have been the best I think so far. Reasonably priced at the time and received in less than a week after ordering. My Jaxon cape actually disintegrated a few months ago and it was Fusion’s that replaced it.
