My Jaxon cape actually disintegrated a few months ago and it was Fusion’s that replaced it.

Well that's not good. I almost bought a Jaxon cape when he was the go-to guy. So appreciate the insight.

The eyes kill me. He looks like an a** hole from Spaceballs. I have to admit he does have a shelf presence from afar though.

The size and the iconic suit give it presence. But yeah, head's too big for the body and the legs have always looked wonky to me. I'd happily replace it with.....

I could be wrong and maybe Coco can probably confirm, but it depends on if you're buying a wired cape or drape cape from Jaxon.

If wired like it sounds DaveJames has, then yes, it's made out of a pleather type material. But the drape capes, in my experience, are made of textured soft fabric. It's the same material he uses for his drape BvS/JL Batman capes which I've had before. Not sure what it is, but it's not pleather. It's also a little thin, though, so you will see light pass through bit depending on your display.

I really loved my wired cape, since it's so much more dramatic and has the same slick leather look as the movie, but yeah if you want something with more longevity it's probably best to go with a drape cape.

I have the DX09, do I really need this? It should be a simple no, but somehow this decision is way harder than it seems.

^ Same. I feel like the outdated pers on the dx09 is worth upgrading with this. I can transfer my drape cape to this new one. Hopefully the body is more poseable on this new one.

I’m sure a new Bruce Wayne is coming, probably with the Batcave Command Console. If you look at all of the images of this figure in front of the computer monitors it has a disclaimer that reads “Collectibles Sold Separately”.

It’s definitely coming. I doubt they pack in another Batman with it so it’ll have to be Bruce Wayne.


Makes me wonder if Hot Toys will do Old Man Wayne too. Long hair/beard and short hair.

Yeah another BW figure would be cool, and they did one for the BR two-pack before so perchance they'll do another(?) Hmm, similar thing happened with the DX19, where the TDKR armory was shown in the promo pics and had a similar statement on them, so ah we'll see if the Batcomputer and the TDKR armory do end up getting released.

Part of me wishes they were reissuing the Returns Batman instead. Since I missed out on that one and I actually think it's in even more need of an upgrade than the 89.
