The shirt collar still has a horrid gap? or is it just lacking futzing? Or as MaulFan said before, same shirt then the collar is at max length. Then futzing can't fix that if it's short.

I hope not, the shirt from the original bugs me. I'm not a big fan of 1/6 shirts and ties in the first place.

Yeah that's what caught my eye. I was searching for pics of Christian Bale as John Connor (for a comparison pic in another thread) and the HT figure popped up in the search. These pics popped up as well.

Yeah, it always makes me think of after work with the loose unbuttoned collar and loosened tie. It looks so messy/cluttered.

Definitely a different shirt because the DX shirt actually closes with no problem or stretching, which the v.1 shirt couldn't do. The gap is a tailoring problem. And it's not a first. My BR Joker shirt has that same exact gap. So does the DX Cop shirt.. but not as much. I don't understand how Mattel etc. can make a normal shirt collar that looks natural (triangle shape between the collars with the top buttoned up) and HT not to mention most high end 1/6 scale companies can't!?

I'll go with that, Hot Toys track record isn't what you could say sticking by their estimated release dates.

I find that unless figures undergo any sort of radical updates, they tend to be pretty on schedule, if anything only off a week or two, which is fine, beats months.

Well if they are upgrading the outfit like they said they would we are probably more likely looking at an August release date which is fine with me.

2. How do you get the non dc direct release? Or in other words, how do you get it in july/august?

Thats going to be a major blow for the people on the DCD route. It's going to be a Two Face repeat. Christmas release. Knowing DCD it'll be delayed after the New Year...
