That's the main reason I stuck with the HT shipment from Joe (Mista305). Yes the DCD shipment is cheaper but I think that extra money is worth not having to wait forever for the figure imo.

So, your saying I could go to BBTS and pay more to get an early release?
Not necessarily, you'd want to check with BBTS what their source is, if they're getting it through DCD, it won't be early. Only dealers getting stock directly from Hot Toys will have it on time.

BBTS has a release of december so im assuming that means theyre going with the DCD release.
Yes. HT shipments should say July/August or Q3, anything Q4 is later and likely the DCD shipments.

They have something new for the new Joker you can pay extra and get it in the summer...

I paid the extra to get in the summer... Ive been hearing that Hottoys will be reaslilng the new Joker in July can anyone back this up?

July/August is the target date for the HT shipment. But that's with no delays.. so who knows. Lately though, HT has been pumping out their figures with no problems so let's hope for the best.

You could give Mista305 a PM and see if he is still taking orders, or you could go with Toys2. Both sources will have it way before DCD.

Or you can pony up the dough for shops like ABC-Express or Studio Sunny on Ebay. You'll get your figure before Toys2.

no, i wouldnt be so harsh. its not a waste for those of us who like a grinning joker for once instead of the serious faced joker we seem to always be getting. and hes looking straight unlike the BR joker. it wasnt a waste" at all, i love my v1 joker, suits me just fine. this to me seems like a slightly better rehash, but a rehash nonetheless. give us some different characters, not just multiple jokers all the time. im expecting any say now to hear an anouncment that nurse joker is a go.
Honestly, I'm just really excited for the cop joker. It's been said a dozen times, but a scarecrow could've been awesome.

Correct. Hot Toys has come out with a new body that has narrower shoulders than the one Two-Face and the previous Jokers have used, and it's believed that the new DX Joker is tailored to that body, and if so, the clothing may not fit on the BR type body.
I honestly have no idea. I don't have enough knowledge with the bodies. All I know was this figure got a new body and if this shirt doesn't fully close I'll have to order a second shirt and tie from billyb.

Well, for some reason, I think HT probably thought when they tailored the first figure that it doesn't close in the movie, and this figure reusing the same shirt will continue the pattern, can't shrink his head and neck or that'll look awkward.
