Unless the colour of the jacket is significantly different and improved on this, then all I really want is the head to be honest.... I hope in that case the head would be available separately on ebay like with the BR Joker.

Hot Toys already replied to my email! They said thanks for the heads up in letting them know you guys want updated pics. They were able to tell me this is still planning on shipping in August, so little over a month away maybe!

is there any chance you can post the reply? I know it said what you basically paraphrased but I've been checking this thread to no avail for updates! Reading the words from hot toys themselves would hold me over.

I hope he'll be packed in the regular outfit, with the PERS head. It'll be far easier to redress him as the Cop if desired than the other way round.
The cop outfit would also take up less space in the package loose than the multi layered regular outfit.
Hopefully HT realise that most people want to display him that way and that the cop is really the bonus outfit.

I hope so too, seeing as they more offered this as the 'Cop joker, with extra gear' when it's actually more like the 'Ultimate version purple suit joker, with extra cop gear, and the pics show cop with the extra gear loose, we'll have to stuff around changing into the iconic gear me thinks

Same here, but at least he seems to be fairly on track, though if it's August for HK, that means mid-late August or early September for Toys2 and others. Glad for the breathing room financially, but I'm so eager to photograph this thing, for PERS alone and the possibilities, my first posable eye figure.

It's total fantasy because of how lackluster reception seemed to be over the first Two-Face and the fact that other than improving and invalidating the first figure, there's no new ground for HT to break with one, I'd love a DX Two-Face to get PERS in the burn head and accurrate scarring and paint apps on it witha more accurrately burnt coat, but PERS on that exposed eye would be so cool.

As for Joker, he's the most anticipated thing I have on order right now.

Two Face in a DX version would be so sweet ........... imagine improving that suit as well. I would get it ......... I already had the regular version at one time too.

I'd get it and still keep the original because it's just a cool looking figure, but when TF first shipped, from comments made regarding other boards and sales and such, it seemed like TF was the least successful figure of the line, so I don't imagine HT will see it wise to release and improved one.

I'm like you too, ask me a couple weeks ago and Predator 1 would top the anticipated list but that's passed so now it's Joker, then John Connor. After that, there's figures I want, but nothing super special like those.

I'd definitely be in for a DX Two-Face too, even having just got my Two-Face now... would be extremely cool though, like you say, quite possibly just fantasy unfortunately. But who can say for sure?

I'm sure it will.. but just like the BR Joker don't be surprised if the price is like $70+ (not including S&H). To me, $70 just for the headsculpt is crazy. I'm sure if you wait a year or so the price will drop. Probably.

Well if that's the case, then I would really not recommend trying to get just the head parted out. Because I'm sure the price will end up being absurd. You'd be better off just buying the complete figure and parting it out yourself (after taking what you want) to recoup some of what you paid.

Man, if that is the case I'm tempted to buy two from Joe for $150 each. I could practically pay off both of them parting them out!

Well I just figure, if the BR head can go for $70 on average, add in PERS and I think sellers will be looking for even more, plus DX Joker is like $20 more than BR Joker, so for some, it may seem cheaper at $100 for the head than the full set price if it's all they want and don't feel like worrying about selling off parts. As far as the joker costume, the new coat and maybe the vest because of the snaps will seell well, and maybe the suspenders too, the rest probably so so, and cop suit will probably sell well for goon customs.
