That's the thing, we don't even really know for certain what HT was/is fixing. We're all assuming it's related to the clothing (accurate socks, accurate coat colors and coat liners, etc.) but we really have no clue. The delay (if there is one) could have nothing to do with any "fixes" and could just be similar to what ButtMunch mentioned, tweaking the PERS moveable eyes system. We'll just have to wait and see.

Nothing would beat pulling him out of the box with eyes like the goofy eyeballed gremlin from Gremlins 2: The New Batch.

It really would be funny if you could pose him cross eyed or having them going in different directions. But the Parallel in "PERS" makes me think they will move together, which would be good if you want to avoid them going off in different directions or not quite right.

Based on what I've seen of how Enterbay's system works, I like the notion that HT's is likely made to move both at once so you won't have to eyeball if they're in sync whichever direction they're going in. Enterbay's is probably fine for display folks, but where I intend to move them a lot for photos, it'll save me time to just move them and know they're looking right.

Well, if the eyeballs really do move in tandem and not individually, that'd be a shame because I would like to pose or photograph the Joker getting punch so hard (by Bats, of course) that he goes googly eyed. Oh well, I don't think the sculpted expression would work for that anyway.

This was what Germaine stated on HT facebook page on April 8 when myself and another member here were 'speaking' with her on upgrades:
