schizophrenic is schizophremic, and incredible is increidible

I would consider it a FAIL if this were from an American company but since it's not I give HT props for trying. Second languages are a ^^^^^ sometimes. But I agree, they need someone American to proof read their stuff. Especially their announcements/press releases. It's all good.

Actually, I wouldn't give HT the break on this, as there are plenty of people in HK speaks very good english. Many of them are actually trilingual, english, mandarin, and cantonese. Remember, HK was a british colony up till 1997 and was then transfer the sovereignty to china. This kinda mistake is down right lazyness IMO. what design program doesn't have spell check now a days?

It also reads like a few unfinished sentences randomly put together. I thought they'd sorted this out on more recent MMS boxes.

Yeah, I hate to give hell to HT about this because I love them to death, but their English needs some work.

I volunteer for free...well, they can just pay me in figures...

:D

There's a big difference between speaking another language and writing it though. I know people who fluently speak a second language but can't even read or write it. And then there's grammar. When my Dad was alive he spoke fluent English as a second language (He was Samoan) and while he could read it and write it, his grammar while writing it was atrocious. Same with my Wife (Russian) to a degree while writing English.

And as far as spell check, even that makes mistakes sometimes.

Cool you're Samoan like The Rock? :rock

I agree that the assumption is wrong, especially considering that HT employees are not likely qualified for their English. I personally admit not knowing how to spell shizo..... and even in an English speaking country you will find plenty of spelling and grammatical errors in printed material .. have you ever watched Jay Leno's Headline News? lol
But yeah spellcheck is only a click away and if this gets to HT someone is going to get in some deep shiet :p

Got my tracking number from clot master today. Been a loooooong time since I've tracked anything from EMS, but it's already in transit according to their website. What's the usual transit time from HK to the US?

I think they should do like they did with the John Connor head and send out an improved coat.Lord knows there's enough demand for it.In fact,it's quite simple actually.Dye the coats a brighter purple, whether them, and add an orange lining.I guarantee it'd make alot of their customers happy.

Hehe, if only! :naughty
