Is it me or does it seem like not too many people got this over in HK!? I thought ToyWorld would be spammed with DX Joker threads but for the most part there's more Marcus/Connor T:S threads.

I was thinking the same thing lol. But it isn't technically out yet, mass shipments are in the coming weeks, the store is probably sold out what little stock they had, for the HK preorder folk and not everyone takes pic's of their figures aswell

Many people are, just probably not ones with cameras or that live on message boards. We've gotten more photos of him from HK than a lot of other figures though. Tin and some guy that always takes photos of figures at this same desk we've all come to recognize were the only ones in HK really posting pictures of Predator when he came out.

That pattern on the BillyB? If so, it's half the size of Hot Toys.

It makes it look cheap because it's off scale. I really want to get another shirt and tie.

Maul, was it the one set you ordered?...

Does anyone have BillyB's email? contacting him through the board can take a long time.

More closed than v1, even on Ledger it was never fully close to have that perfect V, but the v1 was really spread out too much.

Hey Maul, is your primary joker going to be BR headed, or PERS? I know you can't wait for PERS, but which 'sculpt' do you prefer for your main?

That pattern on the BillyB? If so, it's half the size of Hot Toys.

What's going to be from the v1 Joker?

Pants, possibly the grey sport coat. In pics so far, I'm not a fan of how strongly the pin stripes on the pants show up, have to see in person but I like them more subtle on the v1, I really don't spot them easily on Ledger in the movie, were it not for the figure and scrutiny of photos here I'd probably have no clue there were pinstripes on his pants. And the sport coat, it seems almost red/purple tinted in some photos and doesn't look like a good color, so I want to see how that works out, plus for fit, I have a v1 without sleeves already so if the figure looks better like that again, I'll go that route.

With all the parts, I'm just going to mix and match whatever makes for the best looking figure in my eyes.

In terms of color the V1 tie was more accurate to how the tie appears in real life.

Here is my Turnbull and Asser tie from their run of 50. The film ties were taken from this run.

Notice how green it is.

For whatever reason, the tie in the film appears more brown and gold than green. I havn't found a single publicity photo that shows any green.

Does anyone have BillyB's email? contacting him through the board can take a long time.

On board msg is your best bet, he is often quite busy with work but patience prevails, or usually i would just whip him a msg and get an update within a few days, he's a good guy.
Btw, this has been driving me mad, but is that, or is that not evangaline lilly (kate) from LOST in your avatar lol? Looks alike, but not quite her. bigger pic link?

got the DX coat on order, and the DX pants, AND the DX vest, also got billyB shirt and tie, and small is doing my Joker head (dont worry, I ordered that one before he chose to quit them) which means I will have the PERFECT joker!

The only thing I dislike about ALL the Joker ties I've seen thus far is, they all look like the same material as the shirt they're on top of. The v1 tie attempted to get the silky look of the real tie but failed and ended up looking like plastic/rubber. BillyB's tie is great.. but it still looks like the same material as his custom shirt so instead of it looking like a seperate piece it looks like an extension of the shirt. If that makes any sense.

Medicom's Two-Face looks like garbage imo but the F'n tie looks phenomenal.

Looks like silk and it's very distinct from the material of the shirt. I have no clue how hard it would be to duplicate the Joker's tie pattern like that.. but THAT would be sick.

It makes it look cheap because it's off scale.

I've seen a few people say this but I'm not seeing that.

IMO the HT shirts (Both) have the proper pattern scale while the BillyB shirt pattern is too small.

Technically I would say the HT shirts are more accurate, (except too grey), however in terms of what looks best in this scale, BillyB's wins hands down.

Yeah the billyb pattern is nice, it was the HT one i meant that was oversized

I like everything on the PERS, the makeup style, whether it's because of the paint or actual sculpt changes, I prefer the look to his mouth and the overall expression on the face. The BR head will end up as a stored away option once I get the DX.
