I think they should do like they did with the John Connor head and send out an improved coat.Lord knows there's enough demand for it.In fact,it's quite simple actually.Dye the coats a brighter purple,whether them,and add an orange lining.I guarantee it'd make alot of their customers happy.

It would, but if they didn't bother for the DX, why would they now?

At least one positive thing is, i suppose, if the jacket is the wrong color in hand, suede CAN be dyed, easily

If enough people complained, they MIGHT. It seems they would have let Connor go out with the original head paint had it not received enough criticism.

Thing is, I doubt the Joker's going to get that, especially in HT's local market where Connor was caught. I imagine HT's domestic market is probably less attentive to details and critical of them being missed as we are, so if the color of the coat is close enough, they're not even going to care with the PERS to distract. Hell, even we might not be SO critical if we were getting our figures, since we have nothing but other people's photos to stare at, discussing what's seen in them is all we've got. PERS is cool but just put into use for photos is boring, we have no taste of actually using it to distract us. We may find in hand the coat is less an issue than we think based on these photos, it's not promising that'll be the case, but it could.

I'd assume there is some sort of solution that can lighten the colour as opposed to dying it. A hint of bleach maybe? I don't know. It could also be disastrous too.

Absolutely, but it's rare custom work isn't better than factory, unless it's fabrication and the factory has access to materials no customizer can get ahold of.

I give HT credit on the tie though, it's MUCH better than v1 and comes pretty close to Billy's quality, so at least for the majority of DX buyers, they're getting a pretty good tie, and at least the shirt seems to close around the neck better, so they've got that too.

I'm very glad I have a BillyB shirt. My primary Joker figure in the end is going to be a mix of v1, BillyB and DX parts.

Yeah true, i think we'll have to wait for in hand inspections, for the big batches to go out at least, but it would sound promising if they could, how would we even go about such a thing, make an online poll/guestbook somewhere, or something? Or contact them direct? Makes me think though, they heard all our complaints after V1 and in production of this, and it seems, they still didn't care, like Snake said, why would they now?
Side note, hell yeah, nothing beats a billyb combo. I was keen on the new factory shirt and tie, but after alot of new pics. I dunno, i really hate the tie at the least, the shirt looks ok i guess. Definately an improvement over the original, but very bright, the tie

Haha yeah hell no, bleach would send it white lol. They have revivers to make dull colors look brighter, and complete changers, as far as i know. For dying things like suede/nubuck leather shoes.

Here is Snake's billyb set, 'installed', first one i found. Note how the collar closes to a proper fit around the neck, the pattern is smaller, and more accurate to the movie, for a 1/6th scale, the tie is a better material and again, a much nicer, accurate pattern

More closed than v1, even on Ledger it was never fully close to have that perfect V, but the v1 was really spread out too much.
