Shoulderpads ... I remember those days :lol but seriousely the reg TT does a great job already especially when you have to get an extra body for the cop anyways. I may do the shoulderpads on my second Joker outfit though especially since reg TTs are hard to come by these days. Thanks Vodoun

btw seriousely.... Really???

I normally post in the section that the figure belongs in say DC for Batman and or Wolverine for marvel. I do also post in the Post what you just purchased section because that is what it is for. I post in the regular thread for feedback and I do post about my videos I did on youtube because I do not know how to make them part of my post and I have a lot of people who like them. It has been about a month since I started collecting and coming to this site. And I have been going to the Statue site, but I seem to get a lot of grief here and I am not sure why. People do not always check the new purchase thread and vise versa on the company threads so I try to get the posts out there. I setup the youtube channel with reviews because I thought it was fun and that people could learn about figures before they bought them. I don't have any reason to do it than for fun and helping others. I do not have ads I only have my review videos and since I just started it I figured why not let people know about it. I guess I could make it part of the post like people attach pictures or sayings to the bottom of their posts. As for not always posting on the threads you get kind of tired being called a lier for this and that. I am a honest guy and when I make a mistake I say something like with the oil on my TDK-DX02 but it seems like certain people just like to start with me for no reason and yes it gets annoying and sometimes I will just stay away from the thread for a while. But I have bought a lot of stuff in the last month and I thought posting reviews on Youtube would be helpful for people. That is how I did my research for figures before I bought them and some of them were not on youtube yet so I figured I would start a channel since I plan on getting figures early and I would maybe help some people out. I don't mind getting helpful suggestions and I have from some guys through private messages and I changed a few things but bad mouthing for an innocent mistake or just putting people down because they are new I don't go for. I want this to be fun, not a fight or trying to defend myself every time I come on here. Thanks John

I think for anyone giving you grief someone also gave you advise and support. You just really need to listen to what ppl are saying. Stop posting like you are spamming and get in the conversation and you will be fine.
As for namecalling like I said some are more verbally abusive and reason why you just have to pay that extra bit of attention to what you are posting.

A post like this https://sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74438 you are just asking for trouble. If you are lucky you get ignored but more often you will get scorched for it.

Re: Hot Toys Joker With Police Uniform

Might be better for everyone if you simply add in your signature your link to your youtube videos. That way you don't have to let us know your username and that we should subscribe to your videos in all of your threads.

And look for existing threads before creating a new one. Then you won't get comments like you are getting here.

I tried this a while back, and it didn't work. :banghead

I actually started a thread about it. Seems that Darklord Dave doesn't alow it anymore. :(

Ok I tried putting it in my sig so that I do not annoy people I am just testing it out to see if it worked. Thanks again

jokersi.jpg

Only the middle Joker is on reg the other two flanking him are on narrow
I tried to position the onthem all the same

I personally think the one on the left looks best. Shoulders are nice and square.

The lateral shoulders look a bit too round on one in the middle lMO.

well that's I needed both haha but I do prefer the center one now. but on the jacket/coatless Joker hte narrow is better as the regular the shoulder would stick out too much

What like trying to sell a faulty 2nd hand DX02 to an unsuspecting buyer on ebay for 200$??!

Practice what you preach John and you will be fine. You do something like that and you will get bad mouthed. thats not specific of you, if ANYONE did some of the things you have been doing, they would be bad mouthed on here, quite deservedly so.

That is why you are getting killed in the DC threads!, because of your DX02 behaviour?. Cause & effect? I have read a lot of the threads and posts by others calling you out for weeks about it, I read with interest but didn't post. But i had to make a comment yesterday because I think selling something like that on ebay is very wrong. We all buy stuff on ebay and have at some point been at the receiving end of a scam. it hurts. It was apparent from your posts that you had been covering up the fact that your 3 DX02 figures were defective the same as the rest of ours. Then u got caught on ebay trying to sell them as OIL FREE. learn your lesson and move on. I don't believe in name calling or childish bad mouthing. But bad behaviour needs to be called out. IMHO.

I'm not on here that long myself, but if I could give u a piece of advice, chill a bit and stop the crazy posting. And start being a little more honest.

QUick question.

I just got the V1 Joker and is it my imagination or is he taller than the DX?

Had to spread the V1's legs wide to get the shoulders/heads to line up:

Don;t know why the V1 would be taller... there both on TT's right?

Very weird.

DX is on narrow and V1 is probably on an older TT and hence may have diff dimensions? Also myabe V1's neck is longer?

Is the narrow shoulder TT still in stock anywhere? I just got my DX in and want to display the cop joker.

I have no interest in moving the clown stuff over to a regular TT I think he looks great how he is now.
