Still it's just as much as this new version... and it's missing the key extra someone would want from DX01 now that we know DX11 has no cop.

The rig is actually pretty nicely detailed. I'm sure some people will take it off the DX01 coat and sew it onto DX11's.

You can add no-messed up make up face too. There from totally different parts of the film just like Bank Robber Joker.

- "regular" expression/clean head sculpt
- cop head sculpt
- honor guard outfit
- rifle
- grenade rig on purple coat
- grenades/pins/string
- suspenders

- base (pretty unique and faithful to the actual costume display cases for the film)

There's also the fact that it's the very first figure from the MMS DX line. I'm sure a lot of collectors would dig that based on status alone along with the 1:1 Joker cards and unique "dedicated to Heath Ledger" Deluxe box.

Some will, some won't... I like it, but everyone has different tastes. They're never going to please everyone.

I don't mind it. I may or may not use it, though. My first Joker will remain "interrogated," so to speak. That being said, I'm beginning to wonder if the "unexpected surprise" isn't Gordon. Those handcuffs, particularly, are what have peaked my curiosity.

So as this will be my first hot toys purchase (the rest of mine have all been custom bashes) but I just can't pass this up. I saw some sellers on eBay selling them for $289.99 shipped ($50 deposit due at time of "buying it now") since there is not an official release date is there an official price yet? Will I only owe $239.99 when it comes out after the deposit? Thanks for the info

Never, and I mean NEVER, pre-order anything from Ebay, especially with a deposit required. There is absolutely no garauntee that they wont take off with your money. It happened to me. Heed my warning.

Pre-ordered from SSC. Didn't even check them out till it was mentioned here. Glad it was because it was a concern for me, now I have no worries. bring on the new Batman as well. Won't miss the next one because I am not going to pay the $500+ the old ones are goin for nowadays. Am curious wether he will be a DX only or there will be a non dx too..?
