Yeah. Heath completely disappears into the make up a lot in the movie. You couldn't tell it's Heath depending on the lighting, camera angle, makeup and his expression. The HT head captures this pretty well IMO.

I actually meant Heath Ledger as the Joker. Adam's Joker captures Heath Ledger as the Joker not as just Heath as Adam sculpts the face to make it look like Heath with scars, thus making the face more puffy and less like the real Heath.

However, I agree with Mag, Adam's one does not express the Joker as well as the Hot Toys one does, as the Hot Toys one's captures his expressions from the scenes in the movie.

Yes Heath does disappears into the Joker really well but there is still some Ledger likeness there and both Hot Toys and Adam's Joker capture that likeness.

I'm very very glad this doesn't come with the rig. The jacket doesn't lay as well with all that in there. The rig is great for the grenade pose, but it's literally the only pose where you want it in there. At 1/6 the material for the rig is extremely bulky and makes the jacket all misshapen. I bought a second DX01 jacket just to take out the rig. It's made a huge difference, it's a much more natural look.

I love the grenade pose, and that's why I'm keeping my DX01. Thank you Hot Toys for not making my DX01 totally obsolete. :)

Nicely put, Mag. :goodpost:

Probably will be.

And it'll probably be as bent as the prototype when it arrives!

The Jack Sparrow base was a crappy bit of cardboard. It was so buckled I left it in the box.

Hope the Joker's chair isn't as wonky as the prototype!

Itll be cardboard just like the DX05 Indian Jones backdrop and Sweeney Todd's or BIG CHAP's or the Godfathers...They have all been cardboard.

Thats why I ordered one of those Xces Studios Dioramas. Mucho better than some cardboard shiet.

Pretty sure it's all of his screen time edited together.

Edward does have a point, though I'm not sure if it's what he meant. The vid is composed of all the shots where we see his face on camera. The Bank Robbery scenes where he wears a mask are completely edited out. And the scenes where he's in are of course a lot longer, we just don't see his face during the entire scene. So his direct presence is a lot more than 10 minutes.
