Judging by all those comparison pics, if there's one negative thing I could say, it would be that the head sculpt seems a little full/wide when compared to Ledger's narrower face. This will still be my first Joker figure. Everything looks great.
When you have the figure looking this good on your shelf I think all (most) of the small issues will go away.

It's become more of a joke now than anything. I didn't care about the socks either until this release. With him sitting down you see the sock fairly well and I just think the socks they have been using are ugly as sin. Someone here makes movie accurate socks that look much better. Might as well pick them up.
Really is no excuse for it breaking again.
I didn't misuse my DX01 and it broke![]()
Another minor complaint is with the proportions of the body. Shoulders are too wide and the heads are a bit small. Coat could be a bit thinner as well.
Then there are some minor inaccuracies I don't care so much about, like the socks.

I don't give a ____ about the socks. I'm just glad we finally got that orange lining and the clothes are more vibrant than the dull, dark clothes from the V1 and DX 01.
Would have been nice to get accurate ones? Sure. In the end though it's whatever. I've come to associate those Hot Toys socks as "1/6 Joker socks" any way. They're so bright and so bad, even more ridiculous than the accurate ones from the film. In fact it fits the character perfectly.
It doesn't make or break the figure for me. The head and clothes are far more important, not two small, cheap pieces of fabric.
I've considered KingGraySkull's "funky colored socks" many times. They're nice and accurate and very well done. Problem with that though is I'm too damn cheap to have ever paid $15 for such a small, little detail. It's the principle of the thing for me. Not only that, I have a lot of 1/6 Joker figures. If I got them for one, I'd have to get them for all. I'm not about to spend $90 bucks on toy socks. That just ain't happening. I've bought packs of 1:1 socks for myself that are less expensive and I actually USE those.
Does KingGraySkull sell Joker socks in 1:1 scale? I'd buy that.

I think I'd punch someone if I saw them dressed like that.
