BBTS is great. Them and Sideshow are pretty much the only places I PO figures from.

Definitely agree. I've been ordering from BBTS since 06 and have never had a problem. They are a great company in my opinion.

I'm kinda tired people posting about the cape clip. It's not that difficult.

Step 1. Take cape in hand
Step 2. Locate nearest garbage can and throw the cape out
Step 3. Contact lforigno and buy a cape off him
Step 4. Receive cape
Step 5. Attach cape by put ends into the cape slot.
Step 6. Done


Now if people have anymore questions regarding the cape, please reread steps 1-6.

Step 7. Start *****ing to Hot Toys up and down regarding making usable capes instead of letting them charge $300 for a shoddy attempt.

Hate to burst your bubble, but I guess you missed this post, Maglor:

I know people keep having trouble with the cape and that's because the clips simply do not go into the slots on his shoulders. I tried and tried with mine but it does not happen.

Honestly, I didn't even bother trying out the stock DX 12 cape since I had my lforigno one from my DX 02. I just left it in the box, applied the forigno version, and was happy.

Does the imaresqd1 head fit on this? Haven't seen it happen but I think it'd look pretty good

Some prefer the stock cape on this to the customs.

I'm not saying I agree, but this is by far the best cape Hot Toys has made. Once it's installed correctly it lays brilliantly on the shoulders thanks to the wire on the edge. And it's also the first time HT has made a cape that was a single layer. It's not nearly as bad as some here are claiming.
