Indeed, it was the faceplates for me. One of those things you couldn't quite figure out so seeing it as a whole, you start to see more of the flaws.
But the faceplate changes everything for me.

Most people love it as is. But the mods put it over the edge.

A little late but finally here's mine. Nothing really new here, still here are some pictures anyway. I changed the cape to a custom one that I made myself, did the glove mod, the neck mod (which is basically a simpler version of my old neck mod for the DX02) and I am using the medicom head, repainted, widened and with magnet installed. After much debate, I do prefer the medicom head over the DX02 and DX12. Great thing is to have all three and exchange them whenever.

Yep. Yours is better since the ball-joint is still being held in place bt the rubber grommet. I just don't like the fact that the simplified neck mod leaves the neck with so much play in it.

I'm getting a second one soon. Before I do any mods to it I plan to do a 'getting the most out of your stock DX12' video.

Can't wait.

I'll most likely leave mine stock for the first few weeks after opening it up.
Then whatever bugs me gets modded.

Is anybody selling a recast of the Medicom head? Without doubt, it is the most accurate if properly painted.
